Rooms in Torquay

Lovely hotel, we had 2 rooms both great, we paid extra for sea view rooms, a little disappointed with that as you couldnt really see the sea, just the road and a carpark and a glimse of the sea over that. Balcony wasnt very inviting either. Good toiletries provided in the bathroom and good selection of teas and drinks. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Thought there was going to be a place to get a buffet breakfast but could only find the pool side cafe area, but the breakfast was ok that we ordered, wouldnt eat there on an evening not that type of restaurant. Pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers and towels provided in our rooms.

The space was perfect, location was great and the people were amazing. Our antenna stopped working in our room so they upgraded us to another room with no hesitation and gave us some gifts for our kids too which was so nice of them. Every day they also sent texts with fun activities for the kids! The staff were amazing and so sweet and kind and friendly. I will be back again next year!

It was nice to stay in a place so close to everything 😀

The staff went over and above and were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a mixup when I arrived so I was upgraded and stayed in a beautiful suite. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and Mark, who works at the golf course, took me on a tour in the morning to see kangaroos! The pillows was so comfortable which is quite rare in hotels these days! That is a stunning walk to do along the beach. The salty sea dog is a Fantastic Café full of happy dogs and it absolutely made my morning .

Great location, heaps of things to do and massive community kitchen

The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated. It was also exceptionally clean, with a stunning view. We had a very pleasant stay here.

I was greeted so kindly and my needs were catered for beyond my expectations. I received a room upgrade which I was so grateful for. The internet ran smoothly for my conference and I especially loved the spa. Thank you so much I will be back!

Clearly communication & good location

Amazingly large property with two alpacas and a pony. The kids had a blast exploring and the pool was great!

This property was conveniently located as a launching point for our great ocean road drive. It was very comfy and the hosts were very helpful and gave us some helpful tips to see koalas and kangaroos.

We enjoyed every moments spent here. The place was very well maintained and prepared.

Our stay was beautifully set up, with a platter and breakfast food. Cute, quaint, little set-up, perfect for a night or 2. And our host was so wonderful and personable.
