The hotel is in a peaceful rural location with beautiful, well kept gardens, mature trees, attractive borders and a stream running through. Our room was very spacious, with an enormous bed plus a comfortable sofa. The dining room and bar are beautiful grand rooms, all with views of the pretty gardens. Breakfast and dinner were good and the staff were friendly. After dinner we strolled along a track to the nearby river. Historic "Huntingtower Castle" is just a mile away and worth a visit.

The room was spacious, tidy and super clean- it felt very comfortable and was well stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need. The lady who checked me in at reception was very kind and welcoming and that made a massive difference too! A prime location so close to the station, and my room faced the park which was peaceful and beautiful. Thank you!

Stunning house, beautifully decorated with a lot of historic details. Beautiful spacious bedroom with an enormous bathroom (never seen such a big bathroom in my life before). Well provided breakfast with a beautiful view over the garden.

It was a lovely hotel nice and clean, friendly staff very helpful took our luggage up to our room as there is no lift, lovely room plenty off facilities teas coffee etc bottles off water hairdryer plenty off nice clean towels even gave us extra on the second day toilet was lovely nice and modern with a nice shower, electric radiator. Plenty off toilet paper which was in a drawer under the sink, , recommend this lovely nice clean hotel good even if you love Indian food, breakfast was amazing etc.

The apartment is so spacious! Wow! Pretty much everyone in our party had their own bedroom! I loved the vintage toilets (even though it took a few moments to figure out how to get one of them to flush properly). It was peaceful and pleasant and the kitchen made it easy for us to self-cater our meals. There was a small laundrette nearby that made it easy for us to wash our clothes after being on the road for a week.

This Victorian villa is just a short walk away from the old city centre of Perth. Great car park at the front and at the rear of the property. Our room (#7) was very nice and spacious, overlooking the back garden. Room was very tasteful and stylish and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazingly delicious and freshly made. Rob was superb host, very welcoming. Definitely would return again.

A great hotel, next to the station and only a 8/9 minute walk to the town centre. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom and walk in shower. There is free parking on site which is very handy. Very good value for money and comfy beds, all in all fab!

Breakfast was a real highlight. Offering black pudding always gets a big tick but haggis as well puts it in the super-league. Comfortable bedroom with everything I needed in it. Host was friendly and unfailingly helpful. Onsite parking is a bonus.

Excellent breakfasts with home made jams, compotes and free range eggs.
We were upgraded from a twin room to a family unit consisting of 2 bedrooms for free.
Location was great, afew minutes walk from the station and the city centre.
Our hard working host Susan was very friendly and helpful and a fountain of information and advice.
