Everything was great, the caravan was easy to find, and the staff at reception were lovely and helpful check in was very easy. The caravan was lovely, very cosy, clean and had everything we needed. Great communication from hosts would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

The accommodation was excellent and had everything we needed. It's in a great location for visiting Knaresborough, Harrogate and other parts of Yorkshire. We will definitely use this again.

Peaceful and secluded location at the edge of a quite large caravan site. There's everything you need even for a longer stay. Highly recommended.

NO HASSLE, FRIENDLY STAFF WENT STRAIGHT TO CARAVAN. GOOD LOCATION FOR WHAT WE NEEDED. QUTIE SITE WITH A NICE BAR AND FOOD FACILITY. FOOD IN THE BARWAS VERY GOOD

Absolutely stunning place, the hosts couldn’t do enough. Remote location tucked beneath the road, lovely views, decorated beautifully throughout with excellent facilities. I spent the entire time tucked up reading or watching a film after walking my dog. Then relaxing in the hot tub on a night. Hot tub pre heated for a time I would like. Catered for my dog too and he loved running around by the river, I will definitely be coming back and for more than two nights as it definitely wasn’t enough!

So much thought had been put into making sure we were made to feel welcome, by our host. A beautifully designed space. Thank you 🙏😊

The location was fabulous with stunning view from the balcony, The apartment was spotless and very spacious. Breakfast in Black Mulberry very good and with 50% off . Everyone very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful old cottage. Was clean and comfortable and felt very welcomed. Loved sitting in front of the fire. Had thoughtful treats that everyone appreciated and even real milk, which we didn't expect. Really loved our stay here. We don't have anything this old in New Zealand, so this was a wonderful experience for all. Thank you.
