Everything was great. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Had more facilities than I first thought. Really close to food options if looking for quick bites to eat. They are getting a restaurant of their own eventually. Would highly recommend staying.

The capsule room itself was very clean and nice! Surprisingly comfortable.

This place is phenomenal. The food is great, the staff is so attentive and work so hard to make things personally special for the guests. Plus the property is unreal - so many trails to explore, a beautiful water fall exclusive to the property, I only wish we'd stayed longer!

The room was huge with good sized living area with large TV. Kitchen facilities were very well equipped. The bedroom was large and comfortable and there was an outside hot tub with private area.

It’s really nice to have private spa pool, and the outdoor swimming pool for a change, our family enjoyed so much.

Its very conveniently located with great amenities surrounding. Access to it was easy with a drive up straight in front the room

The room we had was roomy, with a kitchen sink, ensuite bedroom, and a front extra bedroom. We've stayed here before, and this is good value for money for one night (we only booked 2 hours beforehand, so this worked out well).

The staff were so lovely and caring. The hotel is in a great location, central to almost everything. The room itself is really nice, it's like a one bed apartment. Facilities were all really good and there is free netflix.

The in-room spa was epic..... this hotel was literally the quietest place I have ever stayed at , and I have stayed at several hundred hotels in my lifetime. It was also incredibly modern, and the shower was one of the best I ever used.... nothing disappointed....it was one of the best stays I've ever had,thanks to the hotel staff, and this great property , in a great location.

Easy parking out the front of unit. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious, and bed was so comfy. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were great.

the staff on duty at the reception was very kind and helpful, when he found out that we were carrying 4 big luggage and there were no elevator facilities, he immediately gave us the room which downstairs The location is very easy to find

Great location! Convenient for everything. Near to park, restaurant. And have own hot spring pools. We booked the apartment with well equipped kitchen and washing/dry machines. The room is very clean and tidy. Friendly staff and clean the room everyday. We enjoyed our vacation very much by this accommodation! We will definitely come back and stay here again!
