Atmosphere: Calm, romantic, and ideal for a rejuvenating getaway. Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Value: Excellent value for such a high-quality stay. Cleanliness: Impeccable—everything felt fresh and well cared for. Noise level: Very peaceful; a perfect quiet escape. Service: Warm and welcoming hosts who clearly care about guest experience. Nothing, it was outstanding from check in to check out. The spa upstairs on the rooftop is fabulous. My suite was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! It is located right next to the Echopoint Lookout. The complimentary sparkling wine, chocolates, and coffee were a great touch. Thank you! Our flight arrived at 7am, and we took the train straight to Katoomba. Our host was considerate enough to let us have an early check in. We are very grateful and happy about our time there.

The location is spectacular, very private and surrounded by incredible nature. The space itself was very comfortable and relaxing.

Absolutely fantastic cottage which was even more charming than I'd imagined. The attention to detail was wonderful and there was always something new to spot around the cottage, be it an interesting old picture or a vintage camera. Charm overload and great amenities - everything you need if you plan to cook there... or simply make some breakfast with a quality kettle and toaster! Wouldn't hesitate to return.
