Villas in La Spezia

Very clean and had everything we need

First of all Giada was an exceptional host. She treated us late in the evening and made sure a local restaurant stayed open for us to go down and have amazing pizza! She also called a cab for us since we had a large vehicle and didn’t want to manage it downtown our first night there. The location was great, beautiful view and easy to get to ferry to go see the Cinque Terre’s. The home was beautiful and set up in a great way where we could split up for the evening into separate quarters, and then join for breakfast and other meals in the main kitchen. We were traveling with a large family so it was nice to have separate apartments but be on same property.

Everything, amazing views, relaxing atmosphere, perfect base location to explore Cinque Terre and surrounding towns.

The location was perfect, and the host was excellent!

It was fantastic from beginning to end! The only bad part was that we had to leave! We hope to return sometime! From the delightful and gracious host, Francesca, we were so comfortable and happy there. The apartment was super clean, top amenities and location were all superb.

There were a lot of small things in the apartment to help our stay: soap, dish soap, sponge, salt, oil, pepper. Cupons to have breakfast in good places in the neighborhood.

Honestly if there is rating more than 10 i would definitely give it more. Its outstanding apartment, super clean, spacious and fully equipped. Its near the center only 2 mins walk and near the station 10 mins walk. The neighborhood is so nice and safe area. Check in was so smooth and the host was so helpful and nice, although we didn’t meet her in person but a man was there waiting when we arrived for helping us. I highly recommend it for anyone would like to stay in La Spezia.

Great place to stay, location was perfect for exploring cinque terre with station close by. Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious, with great AC (life saver in the heatwave!!). Would recommend!

Big apartment, cozy and warm place. Big room with comfortable bed. Elevator and parking in front of the building. Quiet neighborhood. Nice and friendly owner. I recommend this place.

Amazing location...just breath taking! You can see 180 degrees of coast and 180 degrees of mountains! Ilaria ( the host) was just amazing...advising on hiring a car, places to visit, directions, use of facilities etc etc

Host was nice and helpful. Home was clean enough, but I stayed cleaner homes. It’s quiet out of city center, name is Villa but it is the upper floor not whole building. But it is close to port, 10 mins with car, we went to Cinque Terre tour and it was close enough.

Fantastic location and peaceful.
