Very picturesque property in a picturesque location. Warmly welcomed like a friend into their home, it’s family run and that’s the difference. The pride in their service shows and it just seems to be natural. Will be back!

LLanfairfechan is a lovely quiet town in easy reach of both Beaumaris and Conwy for those who want castles and all of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park for those who want mountain scenery. We walked around the town, as well as along the promenade, and were ever so glad that we had lucked into choosing it for one of our stop-overs during our travels.

Abergwyngregyn is a gorgeous little village with two beautiful walking routes to the spectacular Aber Falls. Everything we wanted to do and see was within a short drive away - Anglesey, Caernarfon and Conway, plus the beautiful picturesque village of Betws y Coed.

Llanfairfechan is the perfect place as a base to discover the area. The A55 takes you to Bangor, Conwy, Snowdonia too and gives you access to the wider area very easily. The village itself, along with Aber, is really wonderful and pretty. From sea to mountains, everywhere has a great view and everything is authentically Welsh.

We loved the beach and the coastal walks in unspoilt and beautiful scenery. Fish and chips from The Jolly Fryer was excellent quality and value. We ate it on the prom watching the sunset. A short rail journey from the town took us to the stunning medieval town of Conway where we especially liked the Elizabethan house and the guided walk with James from Conwy Guided Tours. Turkish coffee at The White bakery with classical music was a delight.

Llanfairfechan is a good place for exploring that part of the North Wales coast, Llandudno, Conwy, Bangor, Anglesey and Caernarfon. Like many places COVID has forced pubs to close so be prepared to travel to eat out

Llanfairfecgan is a lovely quiet seaside town.

Llanfairfecgan is a lovely quiet seaside town. There are a number of cafes and takeaways but most close quite early so it is worth checking the times as the food is excellent. Lots of nice local walks either along the coast or up into the hills. Popular with dog walkers and windsurfers.

A lovely B&B with very comfortable clean rooms and Victorian features. The owners are so friendly and will do anything they can to help. My room was very quiet and comfortable. They even upgraded me so I had a dressing room, fabulous bathroom and bathrobe. The breakfast menu exceeds every expectation and is better than exclusive hotels. Az a long distance walker, with no notice , they kindly provided a tasty filling evening meal and beer. The seafront is beautiful.

This is a lovely, cosy studio/cottage in the beautiful village of Llanfairfechan. It's modern and nicely furnished with a (very comfortable) pull-down bed. It's about a 5 minute walk to the village, where you'll find a couple of nice pubs and some shops. The sea also isn't too far away. The hosts, Fiona and Paul are extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very clean, well-furnished and living areas were comfortable for our family of 5. Easy to access via directions and a grocery is also within walking distance and the building architecture of the Llanfairfechan township is amazing. Views of the beach from the loft and overall, the accommodation felt safe and quiet.
