It is situated in close to the shops in Penmaenmawr and the promenade and has a lovely view of the coast from Anglesey to Llandudno. The property is clean, comfortable and warm, with a nice big tv. The shower works well (unlike other places we have stayed). Outside there is a small fenced garden for children and dogs to play in. We enjoyed our short stay, and would definitely consider going back.

Good location for travelling to Colwyn Bay, LLandudno etc.

Good location for travelling to Colwyn Bay, LLandudno etc. The actual village is a bit tired with a lot of shops closing early or shut but spa and co op were ok and a decent walk to beach etc. Dual carriageway in front of property is very bus and can be noisy when balcony door is open

The property was well located, easy to access local tourist...

The property was well located, easy to access local tourist attractions. The beach was a 5 minute walk, and the village where the property was located had good local shops and a small, well stocked supermarket. Access was generally easy (there was some building work on a neighbouring property, but there was no noise pollution heard in the flat.

Good clean modern flat. Quiet, no noise from neighbours. Some road noise on balcony, but thats what you get for easy access to main road. Selection of local shops and takeaways. Easy to access Snowdon, Conway , Llandudno etc.

great stay, beautiful cottage, nice view. kitchen fully equipped, has got all facilities needed for cooking like salt, oil and spice they provide cheese, butter and milk on arrival which was so nice of them

The little town with its history is interesting in itself.

The little town with its history is interesting in itself. There is a museum worth visiting. Access to a sandy beach and the promenade is through a tunnel under the railway and A55. I visited as a walker and there are plenty of local options - coastal and into the hills. There's a decent regular bus service - No. 5 - running between Bangor and Llandudno. This hugely increases walking options. There's only one pub that I could find. There are two fast food outlets - untested by me. There's a decent looking restaurant, but only open at weekends. A convenience store sells everything. There's a chemist, coffee bar and, much to my surprise, a shop specialising in antique sewing machines!

We were a group of four friends having a rest,relaxing and...

We were a group of four friends having a rest,relaxing and recharge weekend. This property filled the brief completely. The situation was spot on. Very clean, well equipped and just beautiful. Would totally recommend Riverwash cottage. We would also recommend The Mulberry in Conwy, Situated on the marina, fantastic views while you eat your meal , who could ask for more.
