It was really relaxing also it was quite a uniquely decorated bedroom we had complete silence and privacy inside the hotel room and the best part was that there's a bar / restaurants/club that goes on into a 4 am the club perfect.

Front desk young lady is so wonderful and professional, keep her forever. Housekeeping is friendly and helpful. The room has all what you need and room to be comfortable, bathroom shower was designed by a human and not A.I. so you have room to not step in the toilet when going in and out. Counter space in the bathroom and a open closet so nothing smells stale.

The Courtyard by Marriott was in an excellent location for our visit to the Brick Lane Music Hall. We were greeted warmly by the reception staff who helped with directions too. The room was excellent, spacious & spotless & we would certainly go back there

Location is great, room was spacious (although a bit dated), beds - super comfy. But our biggest praises go to Asian breakfast lady (sorry - can't remember her name!) - she was exceptionaly friendly and took care of our family every morning with huge smile on her face! She was the star of our whole trip!

The bathroom is very unique, the water pressure is strong

Great being above a pub! Easy check in and out. Clean room. Good shower. Comfy bed. Check out 11am not 10am!!!

The hotel is very clean and has a great location with restaurants and cafes, and most importantly, there is a metro right next to it

Convenient for highway access to other cities

I like that it is within walking distance of the EXCel London, so for any convention visitors it is a 10-15min walk to the Prince Albert station. A delight is being able to come back and relax at the bar or to supply yourself with drinks and snacks at the bar 24/7 as there is not shop in the vicinity at all.

We had a flight cancellation so we needed to stay in London for an extra night. Looked for the hotel at that moment, and booked it via booking

I liked the hospitality of the staff at the desk especially Navid. The courtesy and consideration of my special requests was above what I had anticipated- thank you
