The property was so picturesque on top of the hill looking out to the mountains and lake. At night, we could enjoy the beautiful stars. Michelle & Peter were great hosts. Breakfast was delicious, and we got a tour of their farm. Their 3 dogs were wonderful and friendly. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

Nestled into native plantings with the birds (lots of Fantails!) flitting about, and perched right off the enchanting Whangamata Stream track, short easy stroll to pristine Lake Taupō.. it was an ideal location for a sisters gathering! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, minimalist luxury.. we all 4 of us loved it!.. and we are very particular.

This is a very nice place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood in Kinloch about 20 minutes drive from Taupo. Lyn and Keith are very hospitable and had lots of advice on what to do. The accommodation is spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. There are laundry facilities, which was great for us. The hosts provide food for breakfast: cereal, fruit, milk, yogurt, instant coffee, jam, bread. There isn't a kitchen as such, but there's a toaster, a kettle, and I believe a microwave, as well as cutlery and dishes. We were totally happy with our stay.
