We loved staying at this hotel. It truly felt like an oasis away from the busy city. The garden is beyond beautiful and has a very romantic atmosphere. The interior of the hotel feels antique and full of character, yet everything is very well maintained.
Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were very professional, welcoming, and kind throughout our stay.
The bathroom is lovely and the shower was very pleasant. To add the bedding is soft and the bed was amazing.
The view was the most memorable part of our visit. The city view is absolutely stunning—you almost don’t want to close the curtains. My partner and I would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we are already looking forward to coming back in the near future.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location couldn't have been better - it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The room was quite spacious that we can open multiple luggages on the floor. I also liked that there's area to work for two people (table+chair and the vanity). We enjoyed the free amenities such as free pajama rental and free laundry.

Very well-located, which nearby most of famous attractions, downtown and Yanaka Ginza with an old Tokyo vibe. It only takes less than 10minutes to Nippori station, and also connects with Keisei skyliner, which totally saved my life for a direct trip to Narita airport. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, they even go beyond just offering supports, but making sure that everybody feels at home while staying there!

Excellent location, close to 3 train station and only a 15 minutes from the centre of Tokyo. An entertainment centre is just across the road and includes a ferris wheel, roller coaster,, supermarkets, fish market, specially stores, theatres etc.
The magnificent Koishikawa Korakuen garden is only a 15 minute walk away.

Cleanliness except its bathtub: I can assure you that the cleanliness of the room is magnificent. Towels, beds, amenities, and so forth are something you might want to come back for again. However, one thing that disgusts me was the bathtub because it was clogged with somebody’s hair.
Other than that, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
