The room was very spacious and incredibly comfortable. It was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities we needed. The large and airy balcony was a massive plus! On top of that, the host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.

It’s a new apartment near Nakano, easy supermarket/drug store/family mart access right on the main street when you walk out and within minutes access to Nakano Broadway. First time staying in Nakano and this was such a comfortable experience. The staff was accessible by phone when I ran into some issues finding the key/apartment and was super nice on the phone. Ground floor so no need to lift my luggage. The place feels like living in a tiny house or a trailer which I always want to experience so it was perfect for a solo traveler like me, might be a bit small for two. They provide everything you need (kitchen amenities, washer/dryer, blowdryer, tub, fridge, microwave, stove, hangers but no closet tho, even scissors and resealable bags for food). I stayed for 3 nights but felt comfortable coming home every night from the hustle and bustle, while still having the convenience of easily navigating to bigger stations like Shinjuku.
