Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Edgar, Victor, Edson, Leo, Jaime, and the waitresses were fantastic. Rooms were well kept and property was very clean. The free yoga is such an amazing amenity. Tigre (the cat) is an extra bonus that I loved. Favorites: Yoga, Temazcal, Tigre, Staff, Live Music :)

Location was pretty good, we love this area! House is very good, comfortable and has premium appliances, the facilities are very nice! Parking was really good!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is surprisingly quiet — right next to a huge green jungle area where you can spot birds, cute little animals, and occasionally feel like you’re in your own National Geographic episode. The neighborhood felt very safe and perfect for walks at any time, day or night. The apartment itself was extremely clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed (and a few things we didn’t know we needed until we used them!). Very comfortable and truly felt like home. But the real highlight of our stay was our host, Sergio. Super friendly, always available, and with the kind of communication skills that make you wonder if he secretly runs a guest-experience hotline. He took care of everything we could possibly need and even showed us the best local spots — restaurants, shopping, beaches, and more. Thanks to him, we discovered places we would never have found on our own. Sergio is a very valuable host who makes an already great accommodation even better. Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without him. Highly recommended — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

The hotel is small and everything is close to room. Not crowded. The facility is really nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful whatever you need.

Everything was excellent! Specially the staff and Fernanda our concierge that took care of us since before our arrival and after we left, she was truly amazing and made everything smooth and easy for us to enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend her!

Let me started with - this review is not sponsored and being written entirely honest from my trip in September 2023 that I paid for myself. The property was very clean, welcoming, and private feeling compared to other resorts. Having the mix of beach and jungle theme was amazing! Private area for adults and separate areas for families was a nice touch to accommodate all types of guests. This resort offered entertainment in the evenings of live music, dancing, and outside vendors. As well as tennis courts, games, and areas to relax and take in the amazing landscaping everywhere. The food was great! No complaints at all! For lunch Breeze Burger, Love Pizza, and Chechen y Chaká spots near the beach and the Natura Day Club restaurant by the adults only pool we’re all equally delicious! For dinner Arezzo - The Italian restaurant was top tier (staff was so so nice!) and the buffet restaurants Flavours and La Brasserie offered tons of varieties! As a whole, for the size of the resort there were so many options for food at most times which was nice. No place ever seemed overpacked! The room itself - I stayed in Villa 19 near the adults only pool and the suite was amazing. Rooms were modern, spacious, and extremely clean! The staff actually went to the extent of hanging a birthday sign and balloons in my room before I arrived which was so kind! I was so pleased with the room that sometimes I even preferred relaxing there instead of going out which should say a lot! - don’t forget to tip your cleaning staff because they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and taken care of. To recap - Besides the minor check-in issue of being charged twice for my prepaid room (it was refunded) my stay was one of the bests I’ve had and I would 100% return. The staff was incredibly kind from the reception, servers, bar tenders, cleaning staff, and villa ambassadors! (Shout out to Alan from villa 19 making sure I had anything I needed)!

The privacy and the friendly residents at the location. The apartment had everything our family needed for our stay. We loved the security and the landscape of the entire place. Beautiful.

Looooved the property it was an amazing stay ! The waterpark was so fun for the kids the pools the service was awesome ! The restaurants were delicious ! The Mexican buffet was by far a fav ! The night was was great b super family friendly and great for adults !

An amazing experience for those who want to have an affordable vacation.

We loved all the amenities throughout the property. The condo has a beautiful view and the private beach was a plus. This is a great place for a family the condo is well equipped with everything you need. We have two kids and felt right at home during our vacation. The staff and extremely welcoming and communicative. We sure plan to go back! The location is amazing. It’s only a 7 minute drive to Playa del Carmen/ Quinta Avenida. Only 50 minutes from Tulum and same to Cancun. I felt that it was right in the middle for everything we wanted to do. The small private pool is great for kids and to cool off and relax right outside your condo!

Instructions pre arrival and prompt responses from host if I had questions. Lots of security and verification by staff before entry, security inside the property and even someone checking at the beach all in a subtle non invasive manner. So many amenities. The apartment is so well stocked! We were blown away. The pool is outstanding and the apartment is exactly like the pictures advertised. We loved and would definitely come back.
