If you book all three properties they sleep up to 23 guests across 3 homes, with Caesar and king-size beds, private courtyards, landscaped gardens, smart TVs, fire pits, and stylish interiors. The main house has a hot tub, pool table, bar and even a play room with castle for the kids. The Stables and Himba Cottages are separate properties and only the main farmhouse has a hot tub. The main house and Stables Cottage are on two stories. The Himba Cottage is single storey. What makes us unique? Hello and welcome! We’re Steve and Anne-Marie, proud owners of three charming properties in the beautiful cathedral city of Ripon. Our story began over six years ago when we bought Hutton Mount and began restoring it with care and patience. What started as a project soon became a real passion — reviving this historic building while ensuring they’re comfortable and practical for modern living. We’ve aimed to keep as many original features as possible, blending character and charm with up-to-date facilities to create welcoming spaces our guests can truly relax in. From cosy interiors to well-equipped kitchens and peaceful gardens, we hope you’ll feel right at home. Although we don’t spend much time in the UK, our friendly colleague Manos is always nearby to help with anything you might need during your stay. We love sharing Ripon with visitors — whether you’re here to explore its historic streets, nearby Fountains Abbey or the stunning Yorkshire Dales.
