We stayed in the hotel for 4 night and really happy with the hotel. Room is clean; beds are very comfortable; staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great with nice view and quiet.

My Check in was at 9pm (because of my late flight). The receptionist was at the front desk and check in needed 2 minutes. Hotel is near the city centre (at most 10 min on foot) but the bus stop is directly in-front of the hotel (same bus you can get from/to the airport). The staff gave me recommendations for day trips/activities and restaurants. I left my keys at the front desk (I was gone the whole day) and picked it up at the end of the day (there was always someone at the reception desk). Bed was very comfy. No noise - very quiet. Bathroom was clean, water gets hot fast. 5/5 from me.

Everything - we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a lake view room and it is honestly the best place we have stayed! Spacious one bed apartment, with all the amenities you could need and the most gorgeous balcony view. Thank you!

Amazing view, very clean facilities, generous breakfast and attentive host

Lovely! Such a welcoming stay, the owners were so friendly and accomodating. They have their beautiful pet dogs too if you need your dog fix whilst away. The cabin I stayed in was cosy and comfortable. The kitchen and communal areas had everything you need. Stunning views over the lake and a convenient location, just out of the busyness of Queenstown but close to bus services that go straight to town. I would stay here again!

Clean and modern hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Fantastic location downtown. 2 minute walk to gondola, shops, restaurants. Famous Fergburger right around the corner.

Location was brilliant. Big twin bedroom. Comfortable bar area both inside and outside areas with friendly staff. Was very impressed when the hotel door was opened for us and bags were taken and delivered straight to our room. Very helpful concierge desk especially the young man from Brixton (sorry can’t recall his name now)

We liked the warm staff and the happy hour where we were able to meet other travelers.

Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast and pre-dinner canapés were delicious! Staff are the highlight of our stay, everyone was welcoming and made us feel at home.

The view is spectacular !!! The location is great and the house was really well set up for our group of 11 people. Jason, our host, was very attentive and helpful.

This is a fantastic villa - so comfortable and well located to easily walk into town for meals and attractions. We absolutely loved it. Response was fantastic from management for the few times we reached out. The views were incredible.
