Absolutely lovely hotel, extremely clean. All employees are incredibly professional and helpful. The hotel has nice swimming pools and even better beach with comfortable sun beds and great beach service. The rooms are spacious and have unique design which I liked a lot. Hotel has very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing, fresh juices, very tasty coffee. I like option to order from menu. The hotel is not cheap, of course, but you get the great value and experience. This is truly 5* hotel. I have been to many luxury hotels - Banyan Tree Dubai has beer the best so far. The best Frozen Aperol drink!

We really liked the hotel. The facilities are brand-new and staff are amazing. We tried the spa and it was amazing. Also, you can have access to the lagoon at Vida creek beach with is over the bridge on the other side of the canal.

I was sceptical about 5* rating from so many guests. but oh boy VIDA Marina did deliver… Magnificent view out of our Marina View room. Although we were just on the 8th floor, the view was still great. Everything was sparkling clean 😍 interior has such a great touch, staff’s attention to our requests were very high and everything was resolved. Definitely returning to VIDA again.

We have enjoyed during our stay at your esteemed hotel. From the moment of our arrival, the staff demonstrated exceptional accommodation, with Ms. Jackie in particular providing exemplary service that greatly enhanced our visit. Her attentiveness and professionalism were truly commendable. The room allocated to us was exceedingly comfortable, complemented by a magnificent view of Dubai Downtown that we thoroughly enjoyed. The facilities offered by the hotel are impressive; we have particularly relished the waterpark and both the indoor and outdoor infinity pools, which provided a delightful mix of relaxation and enjoyment. And the food and beverage are perfectly delicious, and the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful also we love the ambiance. Amazing! Moreover, I was deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise arranged for best friends’ birthday, including a cake and a birthday banner. Our stay in Dubai was excellent.

Our stay in Dubai was excellent. Some of our favourite places were Dubai Mall and Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah, both of which offer excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment. As we visited during the summer, we enjoyed the many indoor activities available throughout the city. We also loved swimming early in the morning and later in the afternoon, when the weather was more comfortable. We enjoyed dining at our hotel and at the restaurants in Nakheel Mall, where there was a good variety of food. Getting around Dubai was very easy. The roads were clearly signposted and well maintained, and the city felt extremely safe throughout our stay.

Dubai Mall is great for family.

Dubai Mall is great for family. They have a lot to offer to kids. Entertainments of different types for all ages. Those living shopping then a one stop to Dubai Mall is enough. Other great malls to visit are Mall of Emirates, Dubai fastival city mall is also great with evening fountains mixed with laser show. Fastival city mall also has many amazing themes for family to enjoy. On top of that you can take a boat to round till Burj Khalifa. Options of boats either with dinner and drinks or a simple board move.

It was prohibitively expensive and hard to get around on...

It was prohibitively expensive and hard to get around on foot due to all the construction. I also had an issue with a Careem (the equivalent of Uber) driver saying he couldn't accept a credit card and putting me through hell for half an hour before mysteriously being able to accept a credit card when he realised I had no other way to pay him.

Dubai is an amazing destination worthy of a much longer trip than a short stopover. The hospitality standards are amazing - hotel staff, retail staff and F&B staff are some of the friendliest people and so helpful. Everywhere is pristine clean. Dubai has some fantastic attractions and there is always something to do. Getting around is easy, but getting from A to B will usually require a car/taxi. Luckily, taxis are plentiful, easy to book and reasonably inexpensive. It has wonderful weather from late October to April for outdoor activities, and even when it gets a little too hot, there are so many indoor attractions to visit, all temperature controlled, that it is still a great place to visit in the heat of summer.
