Location, amenities were very complete. April the waiter up top was nice and made us mango mojitos. Hot water, a/c, hamac in the room gave us a sense of the jungle.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at Kai Tulum. Very helpful, welcoming staff, the on site restaurant is among the best on the beach. Everything is exactly as the pictures show. To be preferred to the “zona hotelera” if you just want to relax on the beach.

Property is nice, you can have full natural experience and connect with nature. There are many activities included, such as Yoga and some other classes.

Despite the amount of sargasum (which is out of the control of the property), the beach was nice and clean overall. The service and staff were very polite and welcoming and the room was very clean.

The location is right on the beach ! Loved it, the food is tasty at both restaurants hotel has. Best part, they upgraded my room to the next to the sea one, without any cost once arrived. Very nice service. Would definitely comeback!

The overall vibe, comfort and location was amazing, the private little beach is great and the staff was very accommodating. The restaurant was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. They had no AC but the fan above the bed was awesome and we didn't feel any need for AC

Very romantic boutique hotel. Our amazing room on the top floor had private balcony and hot tub overlooking the ocean. We slept with the whole room open to the ocean listening to the surf. It's in a highly protected area. We could tell local ex-pats also come here for the intimate bar and restaurant which serves delicious Thai in the evening. Very close by are other restaurants, and downtown Tulum. It overlooks beautiful waters, connects to the beach, and is close to the Tulum Mayan ruins. The front desk really helped us and arranged everything we asked including a personal driver for the day who took us to Yal-ku lagoon and Akumal Beach for snorkeling (probably the two best places).

This was a perfect, intimate, friendly experience. It is walking distance to food and shopping, although the restaurant on property was my favorite. Breakfast was included and I ate many meals there and also had an evening there that was very glowy and cheerful. You feel like it’s home away from home. Simple rooms that’s allow you to be outside and enjoy Tulum’s experiences and sunshine.

The Rooftop Terrace and Pool and Interior garden space are nice.

Everything was great and above all the staff. The receptionist, the barman at the rooftop, the waitress at rte restaurant, every perosj that we spoke to was simply great. Amazing hospitality, we felt right at home. The rooms and facilities are exactly like in the pictures, there is free indoor parkıng, so your car is safe, and it's within walking distance from the bars and restaurants in tulum village (not the Tulum playa). There are 2 swimming pools, one at the ground floor and one on the rooftop Great stay!

This property is great! If you are looking for a place in the center of the city with staff that are incredibly kind of easy going you will love this. I wish I had known about them earlier because it was a great place. They also have a really nice breakfast spot for the morning.
