Everything - we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a lake view room and it is honestly the best place we have stayed! Spacious one bed apartment, with all the amenities you could need and the most gorgeous balcony view. Thank you!

We stayed in the hotel for 4 night and really happy with the hotel. Room is clean; beds are very comfortable; staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great with nice view and quiet.

All the staff exceeded our expectations with service from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. Breakfast had a very wide variety of food items and the dinner meal at the Grill was delicious.

Amazing ambiance, fireplaces, comfortable room with nice amenities & inclusions, great hotel room tea + Nespresso selections. The hotel breakfast is worth it too

Although we did not meet with the reception/staff face to face due to delayed arrival, we were kept updated and able to check in hassle free. We felt like we were being taken care of. As for the room, the view was fantastic!

The cleanest place I've stayed at in years. The receptionist was incredibly nice and flexible. Big privacy windows with a good view of the mountains and not a far walk from the center of the town.

Very nice location with a view of the lake. A bar and Pizza shack on the marina, also a wine bar. Accommodation had all the comforts of home.

Location was brilliant. Big twin bedroom. Comfortable bar area both inside and outside areas with friendly staff. Was very impressed when the hotel door was opened for us and bags were taken and delivered straight to our room. Very helpful concierge desk especially the young man from Brixton (sorry can’t recall his name now)

We liked the warm staff and the happy hour where we were able to meet other travelers.

The apartment location is very convenient. It is just a 3 minute walk to the town centre. Great facilities and comfortable rooms. Our unit oversees the Gondola. There was a wide range of tea bags provided to consume. We feel like home.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 4. It has 2 toilet and bath. The apartment has a very good location. Just a few minutes going down to the busy Queenstown and a few minutes going up the gondola ride. It has 2 balconies and an assigned parking for your car. It has complete kitchen equipment and wares, dishwashing machine, microwave as well as washing and drying machine. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is so strong. A convinience store is available a few minutes towards the town.

My Check in was at 9pm (because of my late flight). The receptionist was at the front desk and check in needed 2 minutes. Hotel is near the city centre (at most 10 min on foot) but the bus stop is directly in-front of the hotel (same bus you can get from/to the airport). The staff gave me recommendations for day trips/activities and restaurants. I left my keys at the front desk (I was gone the whole day) and picked it up at the end of the day (there was always someone at the reception desk). Bed was very comfy. No noise - very quiet. Bathroom was clean, water gets hot fast. 5/5 from me.

We booked three rooms for our family group and stayed in a King Deluxe Lakeview room. The room was lovely and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The view of the lake was absolutely magnificent.

Comfortable place to stay if you don’t mind the ongoing construction at the place. Wifi was a bit spotty at times but all good in the end. Staff were very helpful and accomadating when a piece of luggage was missing after arriving from Bali.

staff were so kind and friendly at every turn. rooms are stunning, clean and have everything you need. the lakeside view is incredible. super helpful shuttle to take you into town and there's a gorgeous lakeside path to walk it if you prefer.

Accomodation was in a great spot. It was comfortable and the staff were lovely.

Best part was the beautiful lounge with view of the lake, staff was very attentive, hot tubs were great too

Loved my stay here! Room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was strategically located in Frankton Road and is just a couple minutes walk to town.
