United KingdomVery thoughtful additions to the room, such as both blinds and curtains (light was totally blocked out), a little heater, tea and coffee, and cosy bed. Host was friendly and helpful. Everything worked as expected. I'm a very light sleeper so I often struggle with spending nights away, but I had the best night's sleep in ages!

United StatesGreat location in Mumbles just up and off the main road. Staff were friendly and provided safe bike storage for us, as well as an upgraded room to ocean view, which was really nice. Room was spacious and comfortable, and we were fine with in room breakfast, as this worked well for our cycle touring schedule. Mumbles is pleasant and popular place to explore and stroll.

Large, comfortable lounge, separate spacious dining room and very good kitchen with excellent facilities. Very well equipped in every room. The main bedroom with sea views is stunning - bonus of both bedrooms having en-suite and extra TVs if needed. The house was spotless, well decorated and smartly furnished. Easy walking distance to Mumbles which has a great range of shops and cafés and restaurants. We were very impressed with the choice. Also a bus stop a couple of minutes away with regular buses into Swansea and also towards The Gower.

We stayed for three nights in this apartment and it was a wonderful three days. The apartment is very clean and has everything you might need. The view from the bedroom window is stunning. The place in general is quiet and luxurious. Thank you, thank you for everything❤️

Large room, very quiet inside the hotel and no noise from the street outside.
Bathroom also very large with both a shower and a bathtub, apparently with Jacuzzi (didn't try it, we only used the shower..
Barely saw staff but when encountered, everyone was very nice and friendly.
Nice big tv screen and large (tho not super comfortable) sofa for watching weekend sport from! Plenty of wardrobe space and milk on courtesy tray replenished regularly.
Much better overall than some reviews led me to expect

Lovely setting, easy parking just up the road. Beautifully decorated little cottage with 2 big bedrooms. Booked to celebrate our engagement and despite only really mentioning this is a short message a couple of days prior to arrival the hosts organised some roses and fizz for us which was so kind and thoughtful. Very impressed with our stay and plan to come back soon as it is well located and very comfortable. Log fire was lovely and full of lovely touches and character.

Tides Reach is an ideal b&b. The bed was very comfortable. The bed room was cosy and well appointed. The en-suite was emaculate with an excellent shower & plenty of hot water. As well as the usual tea & coffee making facilities there was a fridge & you can help yourself to fresh milk essential for tea drinkers.
The breakfast choices were extensive & the cooked breakfast was excellent.

Views from property great. Although studio styled for kitchen & room it was spacious. Bedroom was spacious but location of bed made one of have to climb over the other to get out. Shower was great.

The whole property was great, clean modern, well furnished. Having a private garage is a godsend given it is almost impossible to park on street. Having two reception rooms downstairs is very useful even for our small family. Kitchen is decently kitted out. Clean bathrooms, spacious bedrooms. The location is great; main shops and restaurants are within 5 mins walk. Also, two happy teenagers experiencing a broaband speed over 100mb.
