Central, nice room, very helpful staff.

Everything specially the staff they are all amazing extremely hospitable with a fantastic smile.

The hotel Is in a perfect place, 2 minutes from Jedburgh Abbey, all the shops and restaurants. 200 years of charm, a great pub downstairs, comfortable rooms, fantastic bathroom. The staff is very kind and the breakfast is delicious.

It’s close to the castle, restaurants and downtown. The breakfast was excellent - nice options, flexible time, very friendly and helpful people.

The caravan was excellent and the staff were brilliant I will definitely recommend it

The Black Swan is in a great location. However the property is a bit "run down."

Lovely clean comfortable and central

Clean, compact, quiet, and in a great location. Parking is either on the street or in a car park, just round the corner.

The peacefulness and quiet location yet only a few miles from Kelso. Lovely couple who owned the apartment. Nothing too much trouble. Will definitely stay again if planning to be in the area.

A very central apartment but on a side alley and very quiet. We attended the festival and the apartment was very close to all the venues. It was clean, wide and comfortable. The kitchen was the central place to sit in and we loved it. Planning to come again!

Excellent location in town center for our week long stay for my work! Parking was too easy in the local area compared to staying in Alnwick on our last stay 6-months ago for work. The apartment was kept warm in the evenings and we had hot water for our showers. We are all about recycling so the trash disposal instructions were easy to comply with. So many pubs and tasty restaurants were a close walk for our location to include a friendly British Legion for us U.S. military to enjoy at night. Big fridge and comfortable couches to relax on.

The location was perfect and the house was very comfortable, with much attention to details. We loved looking out at the abbey and city quire.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and in pristine condition. It was such a beautiful and spacious apartment too, in a perfect location next to the main part of town so it was super easy to just walk anywhere we wanted.
