Beautifully appointed. Comfy King bed, well equipped kitchen and lounge. Very spacious and modern and comfortable. The heating was already turned on when we arrived which was very much appreciated considering the weather.

The location is great. The apartment is very clean, and has all the equipments I need for a short stay apartment. We had a quiet Christmas at this beach house in Rye, it was lovely.

Breakfast was excellent. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Lovely company with hosts and other guests. Beautiful decor and very stylish Christmas decorations. A sensory experience with subtle fragrance soft background music and comfortable relaxing zones.

Beautiful little cottage, very clean, great amenities and surprise bonus we weren't expecting was some breakfast supplies. We would definitely come back again and stay longer next time.

This B&B is beatiful. Margaret was very attentive since we made the booking. She called to let us know where could we find our keys the following day. The rooms are very spacious and self-contained. They are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The gardens are exquisite, but the main thing we loved was the breakfast, it was delicious, and big! Also, as a plus, the location is excellent. Only 5 min from the hot springs, beach, restaurants, fresh seafood outlets. 100% recommend! (There is also a super cute border collie that joins during breafast time).

Absolutely impeccable cleanness. The property is spacious with everything necessary to be comfortable. Great location - 15 minutes in any direction will get you wherever you need to go on the Peninsula. Deb was a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

Clean, cozy and spacious, well equipped with everything.

The breakfast was fantastic and easy to cook. Eggs, bacon and tomatoes on toast with fresh juice and coffee. The location was perfect, being just down the road from the hot springs. Beautiful view of the sunrise from property.

There is Indian food restaurant at 1st floor. its smell quite strongly.

Beds were very comfy, rooms were a great size, pool and spa were great temperatures and our kids were swimming a lot of the time, trampoline was huge, pantry was huge, nice quiet street, had everything we needed

The relaxed feel and the multiple areas to hang out. The pool area is a perfect place to chill and chat.

The abundance of nature surrounding the home - the option to swim under the open sun or cool shade in the afternoons, and be spoiled with a spa hidden amongst a bountiful of trees. Inside, the natural light beams through large windows allowing views of natures beauty to flow in.
