Facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was a bit dirty, however, this was a shared pool.
It was a great mix of nature and condos. You could hear birds all day long.

United Stateswhat's not to like?!? this was like staying with family in a jungle oasis. valentin is an amazing chef, the food was excellent, the service incredible. clare is a fountain of knowledge of the selva.. our nature walks were just wonderful. i saw wild toucans, flocks of parrots, just an amazing array of plants and animals. falling asleep in the cabin to the jungle sounds was truly unforgettable. 10/10 recommend

A magical place to stay if you are in Tulum. Far from the craziness of the beachfront and the downtown. Loved the swimming pools - both the private in the villa and the public one. The rooms were cleaned two times a day and the bed was really comfortable. Everyone was also really kind and helpful.

The apartment was light and spacious and clean. It had air conditioning and a basic kitchen. The shower was good. There was a big clean fridge. The location is a comfortable walk to Walmart and there are lots of convenience stores nearby. The beach and main downtown area are close. The host was welcoming and pro-active in communicating useful information about check in, check out, and the apartment facilities.

Location is excellent. 7 minutes walk to both the bus stations in Playa and 3 streets back from the main strip, so quiet but easy to get to the beach/shopping. The hotel is very quiet which I loved. Huge rooms and a nice pool. A really lovely place to stay.

The location is good (if you're into loud party, otherwise better book something outside the main downtown blocks). Other than that the place isn't as described or seen on their pictures.
I could have said staff was the other good thing about this place but sadly this was only at arrival. Once an issue comes up they're ready to lie and insult you.

To me this is one of the best locations in Playa. It is slightly outside of the super crowded, cheesy downtown on 5th street, and there are many super nice and cute coffee places and restaurants, and a short walk to the long public beach. Excellent location on a calm street.
Indoor parking is included at no additional cost.
Great coffee in the lobby, all day long.
Very friendly staff.
I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel athmosphere is amazing, room was beautiful and there’s also great pool at the rooftop and a gym with lot of options for workout. Very friendly and helpful staff! We had an incident happening unfortunately, the room right next to us was playing extremely loud music at 2:30 AM, but the staff solved this very quickly after we called to the reception, so we were very thankful for their help.
The location is also great, as it’s not far from the Tulum downtown and also not too far from seaside.

Lido Beach restaurant next to the hotel saved the rating. The location is good and bad. Very close to the 5th Avenue but our room was close to the street so the nightclub next to the hotel kept us awake several nights. On the other hand, when you leave your room you are on the city center.
Breakfast at the Lido Beach Club was nice, you can sit on the beach and they serve you breakfast to the table you have chosen from the menu.
There were about dozen beach chairs so if you didn’t go right after breakfast you didn’t get a chair.

The location was a bit further from the city but close to the beach and a very nice street with lots of beautiful paintings on the walls. Cielo y Mar has bikes for a small price, and we used these to go to the city centre.

Decent place to stay in Tulum. Just outside the noisy busy area. You need a bike (which you can rent) or a car in order to get the the downtown area. Friendly staff and the Bed was good.

Nice small hotel with spacious apartments including kitchen, bathroom, balcony. Location is near the playa 88, which is a great beach, apart from downtown tourism in Playa. Area is a bit remote, but walkable (15min) to calle 50, where cafes start etc. Location is in a silent area, nevertheless you might have dogs barking at night, or some cars / cleaning going on in the morning on the street. Overall a good value.
