The staff was friendly. Funny humor, don't take everything too seriously. You need to handel a joke. It is still off-season, so it wasn't busy. I traveled here with my dog. Super welcoming to dogs they offerd Immediately a dog bed.
There are lots of games available to play. The bar/restaurant is great to connect with other people. I would definitely come back here.

We got an upgrade on arrival so we were very happy with that. Loved the coffee and freshly made cakes on the ground floor cafe. Very convenient central location and so we got around by walking. We parked the car and didn’t need to use it until we checked out. Staff were very helpful - special thanks to Tilan who went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Room is lovely, equiped with everything that we needed for one night stay. The owner is very kind and helpful. Location is perfect, bus to center is only minutes away. If you prefer walking, it takes around 30 mins to the center. Free secure parking available in front of the building. Food in their restaurant is amazing, especially pizza and white vine. Breakfast is included in the price and we enjoyed it. My recommendation!

One of the best place's i have ever stayed in and it is located in a beautiful place with a nice view over the lake and the mountains, perfect for a retreat to relax and get lost in the nature. The staff were so kind and very good in explaining everything from trying new dish to what to explore around (Hvala Alesh). I would definitely visit again!
