Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Excellent location, close to the bus stops, Tesco Express, restaurants, the Beach.

The location is close to the sea and the high street,the room was clean and Jo was very friendly and accommodating, such a great host.

The location was good for us, especially with the parking space. and being walking distance to a supermarket for our self catering food supplies. The double bed was comfortable and the little table was big enough to eat supper at comfortably. The studio was a good size.

The best location and the lift is a bonus

One of the best BnBs I've ever been to: fantastic location (just a few steps to the Botany Bay beach), amazing hosts Barry and Aye: very helpful, responsive, truly hospitable; the room was perfect: everything was new and spotless clean and fresh, comfy big bed, spacious shower, lots of thoughtful details and artsy touches. There was plenty of parking space outside. Our spaniel was welcome there as well, he loved having lead-free walks in the field in front on the house. We loved the atmosphere in the lounge room on the upper floor with balcony and the stunning sea views while having a chat with Barry and other guests. It's a true gem in the Broadstairs-Margate area. We would love to come again. Highly recommended.

Great little place, stayed here for two nights with my partner and was pleasantly surprised by the service and facilities. Had full English breakfast on Sunday morning which was really good. Walk to the beach was only about 10 mins long.

Ady & Sam were wonderful hosts! Their house is perfectly located, within walking distance of the old town, restaurants and a much quieter shore than the beach right at the entrance to Margate. They had fantastic recommendations for food and drink, and Ady's suggestion to walk to Botany Bay and then back along the sand at low tide was the highlight of our weekend. Our room was very large, with tons of closet space and a nice window seat. The shower was spacious, the whole place was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We'll definitely reach out to Ady & Sam next time we visit Margate, and not just because I miss their cats (who were very friendly but also totally out of the way, if you happen to not like cats).

We have appreciated the warm welcome of Morag very much. Very attentive to give us much information for our stay in Margate. It was a pleasure to visit her lovely garden and concert space. The homemade breakfast was delicious. A very recommendable place to stay in Margate.

Amazing building and rooms.. best breakfast in months, attentive and very friendly host. Went for work and will be going back for leisure very soon. Not someone to recommend usually but sticking my neck out and saying go for it. Lots of interesting history and just 10 mins walk from seafront.

We had an excellent room on the top floor which was fully equipped, comfortable and quiet. Our host Fee appears to be someone who makes an effort to make the room comfortable and the guests happy. Thanks Fee
