The hotel is near to the center. Very clean, the staff is welcome and friendly. They do have laundry room for free and when finish they delivery to your room.

An absolutely wonderful butler staff, with impeccable services! The moment of my arrival I was welcomed by Alice, who arranged getting me check-in quickly. Chief Butler Faust made my stay incredible, and he is one of the main reasons I only stay at the St. Regis hotel when I am in Shenzhen. A special thanks to Butler Dylan who delivered my evening meals when I ordered room service. He was always engaging and happy to converse with me. I actually stayed at this property two times before my return home. The second time was for three night, just to relax in this wonderful property. Simply the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen city!

Very nice room, very nice staff, great location

The hotel staff tricked me and charges me extra amount saying that your room don't have window but if you need with window you need to pay extra. However I paid for that . When I checked in I found that it as not having regular window but just a small vent on top of room which was not at all window..very next day I cancelled my other booking with this hotel and checked in to other hotel.

It’s located in famous place, 5 mins walk from plaza and very near to electronic markets. I would love to stay there again.
