Perfect location. Lots of space, superclean and comfortable, fantastic shower. The owners go above and beyond keeping milk and bottled water in the fridge and a fantastic gift basket. Will be back for our next York trip.

We have stayed here several times, it is always clean, warm and comfortable. Very central, mini supermarkets round the corner. Fab!

Absolutely loved this unit. The location was perfect for easy access to all of York centre. It's a huge apt with plenty of space, equipped with everything we needed for a 9-day stay (including fans, a crucial amenity on warm days!). Two full bathrooms are a rare find in UK rentals. Communication with the property manager was easy, reliable, and very friendly. Would definitely stay here on another visit!

The apartment was excellently equipped with tea and coffee, and toiletries in the bathroom. These details make a big difference, so thank you. The whole apartment looks to have been very recently renovated and was modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment was quiet and perfect for me to work from for the week, with good wifii. All attractions were within walking distance. The washer/ dryer was a bonus. I would definitely return, hopefully next time with my family.

Spotlessly clean. Good attention to detail. Breakfast first class. Very nice owner. On a bus route onto town. Adequate, free off-site parking if driveway parking is full.

Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations

Exactly as pictured. Really lovely, 3 story lodging. There is a WC on the ground floor and a bathroom (toilet + shower) on the third floor, which worked just fine for us. Loved that there was a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Great communication from the host. Great location—just outside the city walls. Loved that there was parking. It was a bit tight driving into the spot, but was fine for our small SUV. I would 1000% stay here again.

The sofa bed in the living room is comfortable for one adult. The spring can be hard but you'll get used to it. The apartment is well-equipped with basically everything we need. Stuart is very helpful as he helped us when we almost got lost.

Seb is a great host. Excellent communication providing specific helpful information about the property and where to eat in York. The location is right where you want to be. We loved the option for parking though the rental we had was pretty big for the space. No worries since we worked out by communicating with Seb.
